Delivery times to the SE-Asia and the UK is approximately 7 days. To the USA, It can range between 9 to 14 days, depending on the state, and each state's USPS may or may not decide to update the tracking information.

Tracking information is available once item arrives at destination country (approximately 7-12 days after dispatch). This information can be viewed at EMS-member postal system website with the provided reference number upon purchase:

Once ordering the FC-HAKO, please check your paypal postal address information, both within the confirmation email sent by paypal and within the paypal web interface. We do not want to send it to an incorrect address if you happen to have recently moved residence.

Warranty & Returns

12 months warranty is provided with the FC-HAKO. All assistance and support will be provided to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Most common problems are related to old drivers already installed, using incorrect COM or USB port, a cable becoming loose, or something relatively simple but not so obvious. If you are stuck on a problem, please send an email to ask for support, advice, recommendations or just general confirmation of information that you're unsure about.

Worse case scenario if you are 100% not happy, return of the product is possible within 30 days. However, postage and handling cost is NOT refundable. Opening the FC-HAKO hardware, or connecting +5V or signal wire to GROUND, VOIDS WARRANTY. Postage and repair cost is NOT COVERED.
